Today is the 17th of November and that's a very special day for us.

We're celebrating one year online! And we wanted to celebrate that by reweving our first year:

NOVEMBER 2010
I started this blog on the 17th of November and with help by Sandra, our designer, we came up with the name Only Simple Plan.

DECEMBER 2010

The design of the blog got finished, more and more articles were published and the blog got more and more famous.

JANUARY 2011

This was a month of silence. Nothing much was happening and having the blog wasn't so much fun anymore.

FEBRUARY 2011
Coalition Entertainment spread the word about our blog and more readers got here

Simple Plan Paraguay started to appear among us and their project "The Simple Plan Book". We wrote about them a few times and about their great work, and they wrote about us.

We had a contest for all our European fans where you could win a signed copy of the album "Simple Plan", it was a girl from France who won it.

Nadia from Simple Plan Paraguay started translating our site into English for all our English speaking readers. Unfortunatly, it's no longer Nadia who translates this.

MARCH 2011

We became number 1 on the Swedish Google 

APRIL 2011

Sandra made a new design, we still have it today.

JUNE 2011
We had a contest/cooperation with Warner Music. We were going to have a contest where the one who wrote the best review of the video Jet Lag would be featured on simpleplan.com but because we didn't have enough participants to make it happen.

Instead we just made a cooperation with Warner Music and we asked fans to send in their questions for an interview with Simple Plan.

We had 200 unique visitors - new record

JULY 2011

We had 500 unigue visitors - new record

We got announced among our readers as the best Swedish source for Simple Plan News

AUGUST 2011
We had 600 unique visitors - new record

Our project "Sweden loves Simple Plan" started with a couple of fans.

SEPTEMBER 2011
"Sweden loves Simple Plan" got a deadline and we got a lot of pictures and ideas for the project. 

OCTOBER 2011
Chuck Comeau confirmed that they're coming to Sweden in 2012

We published all the videos that has been released with a song.

We had 700 unique visitors - a new record

NOVEMBER 2011
We started Piece of History http://onlysimpleplan.blogg.se/2011/november/piece-of-history-stureplan-2008.html

And with that, we're celebrating one year today. We don't know what the future has in store for us, but we can hope for: a wonderful show this spring, more interviews and 1000 unique visitors.
